Prophetic Prayer — “Dry Bones Live”
Ephesians 6:17-19
“…and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, … and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel,…”
Luke 11:1-4 “Lord, teach us to pray, … And He said to them, When you pray, say:”
Mark11:23-24 “For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. 24 Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.”
“say” (lego):– to speak, to command, to direct, to point out with words.
Matthew 4:4 “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds (rhema) from the mouth of God.’”
Luke 1:37-38 “For with God nothing (no rhema) will be impossible… Let it be to me according to your word.(rhema)”
Hebrews 4:12 “For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two- edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” Two-edged (Distomos):— two mouthes
Isaiah 55:11 “So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void,
But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.”
Jeremiah 1:9-10 “Then the Lord put forth His hand and touched my mouth, and the Lord said to me: ‘Behold, I have put My words in your mouth. See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, To root out and to pull down, To destroy and to throw down, To build and to plant.’”

When God wants to change the world he touches someones mouth.
Isaiah 6:6-8 “Then one of the seraphim flew to me, having in his hand a live coal which he had taken with the tongs from the altar. And he touched my mouth with it, … Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: ‘Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?’ Then I said, ‘Here am I! Send me.’”

Isaiah 48:6-7 “I show you specified new things from this time forth, even hidden things [kept in reserve] which you have not known.They are created now [called into being by the prophetic word], and not long ago; and before today you have never heard of them, lest you should say, Behold, I knew them.”
Ezekiel 37 BACKGROUND
597 BC — Judah has been overrun by the Babylonians.
Those not taken into captivity revolted and Babylon returned, razed Jerusalem and the temple.
Ezekiel was in the first group taken into Babylon.
People broken and hopeless.
Ezekiel 37:1-14
The hand of the Lord came upon me and brought me out in the Spirit of the Lord, and set me down in the midst of the valley; and it was full of bones. 2 Then He caused me to pass by them all around, and behold, there were very many in the open valley; and indeed they were very dry. THIS DOES NOT LOOK GOOD — HOPELESS DRY!!!
3 And He said to me, “Son of man, can these bones live?” So I answered, “O Lord God, You know.”
When God asks a question its not because He is not sure what to do … engage you!
4 Again He said to me, “Prophesy to these bones, and say to them, ‘O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! 5 Thus says the Lord God to these bones: “Surely I will cause breath to enter into you, and you shall live. 6 I will put sinews on you and bring flesh upon you, cover you with skin and put breath in you; and you shall live. Then you shall know that I am the Lord.”’
Dont pray your problem … Speak the word of God … proclaim the promise!!!
My household is saved … my children are blessed … they are bound to His purpose.
My Body is strong … My body glorifies God … I Go From Strength to strength!!!
My Steps are ordered by the Lord … I have peace … Righteousness …
My Business is blessed … Everything I put my hand to prospers
My City is the city of God … It is blessed because of me … command safety and peace
7 So I prophesied as I was commanded; and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and suddenly a rattling;
It might get messy … loud … might seem like confusion … but God is at work.
and the bones came together, bone to bone. 8 Indeed, as I looked, the sinews and the flesh came upon them, and the skin covered them over; Things start to come into place … God will align things!
but there was no breath in them. Proper structures and programs are not enough … can’t just look right
9 Also He said to me, “Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain, that they may live.”’” 10 So I prophesied as He commanded me, and breath came into them, and they lived, and stood upon their feet, an exceedingly great army. WE MUST HAVE THE MOVE OF THE SPIRIT!!!!!
11 Then He said to me, “Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel. They indeed say, ‘Our bones are dry, our hope is lost, and we ourselves are cut off!’ 12 Therefore prophesy and say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Behold, O My people, I will open your graves and cause you to come up from your graves, and bring you into the land GOD WILL GIVE US LANDS of Israel. 13 Then you shall know that I am the Lord, when I have opened your graves, O My people, and brought you up from your graves. 14 I will put My Spirit in you, and you shall live, and I will place you in your own land. Then you shall know that I, the Lord, have spoken it and performed it,” says the Lord.’”
What is the biggest responsibility given to a generation?
What is the biggest responsibility given to a generation? The Next Generation!
Judges 2:10 “When all that generation had been gathered to their fathers, another generation arose after them who did not know the Lord nor the work which He had done for Israel.”
Psalm 78:4 “We will not hide them from their children, Telling to the generation to come the praises of the Lord, And His strength and His wonderful works that He has done.”
Go Ahead … Prophecy Over Your World. Command The Order Of God!!!
“Son of man, look, the house of Israel is saying, ‘the vision that he sees is for many days from now, and he prophesies of times far off.’ Therefore say to them, ‘thus says the Lord God: None of My words will be postponed any more, but the word which I speak will be done,’ says the Lord.” Ezekiel 12:21-28
Thank You Father, today is the day that Your voice is heard, today is the day that Your proceeding Word is heard in our hearts, its spoken from our mouths, and today is the day that things change. Thank you for Your proceeding word which is today lifting our faith, and we are framing our worlds with power and unto definite purpose. Thank You for the Word through whom and for whom all things exits, and the Word who dwells in our hearts by faith. In that Word, is light and life, Your Word is the Way into fulfilled promise, and we declare Him and His authority in our midst today.
Father we come into agreement. We come into alignment with Heaven and we declare everything is possible to him who believes. Nothing is too hard for you. Allow our mouths to be oracles of God. As we speak and praise you for who you are, let the winds of God blow on every difficult situation and bring the energy and life of Heaven and His Kingdom into full manifestation. More Lord! Let the winds blow on your garden and spread the fragrance and power of God.
I will give you the keys of heaven’s kingdom realm to forbid on earth that which is forbidden in heaven, and to release on earth that which is released in heaven (Matthew 16:19).
Father, thank you for providing the Sword of the Spirit–the very key to opening and releasing the full realm of Your kingdom. As we pray ” Let Your kingdom come,” believing it in our hearts and declaring it with our mouths, You release the manifestation of Your kingdom’s reality in our lives. Thank you for the presence and power of the Holy Spirit who constantly encourages us to speak and breathe life into every difficulty we encounter. In the powerful name of Jesus, we declare “life”!
We speak to every dead area “Let there be life!” Jesus came to give us life … He is true … Life come now to any place where death is at work … We call forth a whole generation into a living relationship with a good God! Be forgiven! Be Healed! Be free!!!
“The atmosphere is changing now,
For the Spirit of the Lord is here,
Overflow in this place,
Fill our hearts with Your love,
Your love surrounds us…”

Thank you Father that your son, Jesus Christ dwells in our hearts by faith, and we are rooted and grounded in love. You are able to do exceeding abundantly ABOVE all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us. I am nourished by your love. I am like a strong and fruitful tree with my roots deep in you. I am more than a conqueror with you by my side when stormy winds surround me. I possess a legacy from you that is there for me to share with the next generation. Thank you Father so much for allowing a door to open at work to mentor another person with the very texts that Pastor Cheryl mentored me with. We are releasing the light of the world each and every day at our workplaces simply by passing on this love we have received from you Father. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.
Thank you, Father that all of creation (all nature) waits expectantly and longs earnestly for God’s sons to be made known (waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their sonship). Romans 8:19. Thank you Father that this is that time! We shall rise up, we shall know our place, and we shall take our place in God’s end time harvest!

I love prophetic prayer, and I try to make it my lifestyle. When I pray, I often ask the Lord, ” What is on Your mind? What do you want me to pray for?” Last night He put Galveston on my heart, so here is a prayer in response …
Lord, You know what is about to happen in Galveston, so I hold it up before You right now. I ask for Your mercy and grace to be poured out on so many lives impacted by what will happen. Turn the eyes of a nation to this city as they see what is going on, and turn the heart of a nation to You in supplication. Be strong and mighty for those that are desperately looking for answers, and I invite You to send Your angels to intervene supernaturally to protect and provide, in the Mighty name of Jesus.
We declare the goodness of God! Thank-you Jesus that you have blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms. It is so awesome God that You are faithful to see that all things work together for our good.Not only has God chosen us to be made holy, but He grants us full status as His children, with all the benefits! I believe and agree for the breath of God, the wind of the Spirit to blow over our congregation. God is good period.
Father, we declare life as we step into this day! Your abundant, dynamic, resurrecting life will flow through your people this day and cause dead and dry and dislocated fossils of life to return to order, be infused with power and raised up as an irresistible army that is advancing Kingdom purposes today! Show us your Goodness, you Glory that you would be magnified completely in the mighty Name of Jesus!
