Healing — Megas Faith
Psalm 103:1-5
Bless the Lord, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name!
Bless the Lord, O my soul,And forget not all His benefits:
Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases,
These are linked together in the Bible. They go together. If you have one then you have the other.
Isaiah 53:5 KJV “But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.”
NLT. But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed.
Matthew 8:16-17
“When evening came, they brought to Him many who were under the power of demons, and He drove out the spirits with a word and restored to health all who were sick. And thus He fulfilled what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah, He Himself took [in order to carry away] our weaknesses and infirmities and bore away our diseases.”
1 Peter 2:24
“…who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed.”
How do you get healed?
Same way you got forgiveness.
He graciously provided it and you by believed Him and received it.
Ephesians 2:8
“For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,”
sode’-zo:— rescue, save from destruction, heal, restore health
Mark 5:20-23
“When He saw their faith, He said to him, “Man, your sins are forgiven you.” … “Who can forgive sins but God alone?” But when Jesus perceived their thoughts, He answered and said to them, “Why are you reasoning in your hearts? Which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Rise up and walk’?”
Whats the difference between forgiving sin and healing … NONE!!!
Matthew 15:21-28
21 Then Jesus went out from there and departed to the region of Tyre and Sidon. 22 And behold, a woman of Canaan came from that region and cried out to Him, saying, “Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David! My daughter is severely demon-possessed.” But He answered her not a word.
And His disciples came and urged Him, saying, “Send her away, for she cries out after us.”
24 But He answered and said, “I was not sent except to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”
25 Then she came and worshiped Him, saying, “Lord, help me!”
26 But He answered and said, “It is not good to take the children’s bread and throw it to the little dogs.” And she said, “Yes, Lord, yet even the little dogs eat the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table.” Then Jesus answered and said to her, “O woman, great is your faith! Let it be to you as you desire.” And her daughter was healed from that very hour.
Faith of Centurion:
“Great”:– (tos-oo’-tos) of quantity, so much, so large…
Gentile Woman’s Faith:
“Great”:– (meg’-as) excellent, mighty, abundant, violent, intense, off the chart
Hebrews 11:6 “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”
Qualities Of Megas Faith
1. Passionate
“...cried out … “Have mercy on me, … My daughter is severely demon-possessed.”
This Must Change!!!
2. Knowledgable
“O Lord, Son of David!”
She was desperate enough to be aware. She got herself informed. Get the WORD on it!
3. Resilient
“He answered her not a word … ‘Send her away’ …It is not good … little dogs.”
Refused to get offended!
Due Season – Don’t Quit
Matthew 7:9-11 (New King James Version)
9 Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? 10 Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent? 11 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!
John 6:35 (New King James Version) “ And Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.”
4. Extreme
“…dogs eat crumbs…”
Extreme, Unconventional, pioneering, innovative, cutting-edge, radical, breakthrough!!!!
There is a way!
5. Rewarded
“…Let it be to you as you desire.’ And her daughter was healed …”
Message “…your faith is something else. What you want is what you get!”
“Great”:– (meg’-as) excellent, mighty, abundant, violent, intense, off the chart.
Faith that penetrates any and all boundaries and gets results.
PRAYER DIRECTIVES:
Father we pray that you would remove very blockage to the revelation of healing in the Body of Christ!
The greatest hindrance to healing is believing there is any hindrance to healing. “By His stripes we were healed!!!” Done … finished.
We pray that Impact Church would a be community that is a sickness free zone.
We have been given the God kind of faith that gets results every time. We will not let our experience frame our theology. We will demand that our circumstances bow to the finished work of the cross and the authority that is in the Name Of JESUS!!!
Pray that all of our gathering be places of healing, body soul and spirit.
We thank you Father that you are indeed present to heal. You are here with us and we are walking in your freedom. Who the Son sets free indeed!
I will not rest until I see this promise in manifestation. This is Gods word. It shall not return void. He sent his word and he healed us. I believe this is a big key to exponential growth. Jesus as we proclaim the good news – stretch forth your hand and heal!!

Healing is a wonderful gift that we just need to receive with thanksgiving and a grateful heart for what Jesus has done for ALL of us. Pray with boldness for healing and don’t be afraid to lay your hands on those who are in need of a touch from the healer. Exercise your faith and you will see the Glory of God revealed in your life and the lives of those around you. Alleluia! Emmanuel God is with us!

Excited for eyes to see, ears being opened, migraines gone, no cancer, good joints, strong bones, dental miracles, …. Divine health!!!
JESUS is the HEALER! All we have to do is claim it and believe the word of God. Thank you Lord Jesus for bearing the stripes on the cross so that I may be healed. Amen!
Amen…… what a great message. Why do so many see the glass half empty. We have God as our guide, Jesus is still in the miracle business today; I truly believe this!!

Thank you Lord that our healing is DONE! DONE! DONE!!
We receive our healing knowing it was paid for at the cross.
By his stripes we ARE healed!
