Reframe Your Threats

Thanks for engaging with us on day 1. Before we do anything else we need to magnify the Lord. No matter what is going on in the world – In your world – In your life – God is not in state of panic and we are In Christ, seated in heavenly places, ENTHRONED … Reigning and Ruling.
“There is no panic in Heaven, only plans.” Corrie Ten Boom
The early church was being challenged by their enemies. (Acts 4) They were arrested and told not to use the Name of Jesus. We are going to use their prayer and response to this attack as our pattern for the next few days.
The first thing we do is: Focus On The Lord — Magnify His Great Name!
The second thing we do is: Get A Proper Perspective Of Our Adversaries.
1) They go to the Scriptures and draw strength from the words of King David in Psalm 2
Acts 4:25-26 “… who by the mouth of Your servant David have said: ‘Why did the nations rage, And the people plot vain things? The kings of the earth took their stand,
And the rulers were gathered together Against the Lord and against His Christ.’”
Go to the Word and always frame your current circumstances and your worldview with the Revelation of God. What does His Word say about your adversaries.
“…They rage and plot vain things…” No enemy can stand against God’s purpose!
The verse following in the Psalm they confess is one of my favourites: Psalm 2:4 “He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; The Lord shall hold them in derision.” When you are seated with Him, enthroned above it all, you can not only have His perspective but you can also have His posture. He laughs at the attempts of the enemy to resist His plans and purpose. You should laugh too!!!
2) They remember a past experience where God turned an enemy attack around for His purpose.
Acts 4:27-29 “For truly against Your holy Servant Jesus, whom You anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles and the people of Israel, were gathered together to do whatever Your hand and Your purpose determined before to be done. Now, Lord, look on their threats, …”
We saw what they did to Jesus. They thought they had put an end to God’s plan. Instead they played right into the hand and purpose of God and the result was the resurrection of Christ and the redemption of the world.
“Now Lord look at their threats …” (vs 29) We can say the same thing. Wherever you are feeling that God’s purpose being manifest in your life is being threatened, draw strength from His Word and past testimonies of His faithfulness, and posture yourself as He does in the face of adversity. Psalm 2:4 “He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; The Lord shall hold them in derision.” Ha Ha Ha Ha at the devil.
“There is no panic in Heaven, only plans.” Plans for you. Plans for your prosperity. Plans for your hope and future.
God works through opposition! His kingdom will come and what He wants to happen will happen, regardless of the enemy’s efforts to oppose Him.
Number 1 — Focus On The Lord — Magnify His Great Name!
Number 2 — Get A Proper Perspective Of Our Adversaires — Powerless before God
PRAYER DIRECTIVES:
Spend some time making God big in your life. Proclaim His greatness!!!
Now with your position In Him firmly established, confront your enemies with one of the most powerful weapons — Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!!! Yes your situation may be very serious and it may be threatening to you … BUT God is bigger and He has better plans for you. His purpose cannot be overcome. REJOICE!!!
Pray for all those in transition in this season. Schools – Jobs – Locations …
Pray for all those who are challenged by the volatility of the hour we live in. Proclaim His purpose over them. Release the Peace that Passes Understanding!
If you have anything that threatens the manifestation of Gods promise in your life — introduce that threat to the promise and the ONE who made the promise!!!
Pray for Impact Church … Pastors … Staff … Leadership … and all in the family.
Pray for our services to to be SUPERCHARGED!!!
Pray for our events to be blessed. Pray that many be connected in a fresh new way and that the family continues to grow and grow!!!
We let the peace of God that passes all understanding guard our hearts and minds. We thank-you Jesus for the invitation we have to come up to a higher realm; to come up and enjoy all the benefits of a higher law – Your grace!
We rejoice that our names are written in the Lamb’s book of life and that You have given us authority to trample on those things that attempt to bring us harm. Thank-you that we have a choice, we have an option, we have an ability to move from a place of total security – we can live by the Spirit. We are in a relationship with you and choose to laugh at the lies.
I am laughing right now at the lie that says “I have to make it happen on my own” HAHAHAHAHA God is with me! God never leaves me – His Spirit leads me and guides me into ALL truth.
I am laughing at the lie that says “God does’t heal today” HAHAHAHAHAHA wow there are so many testimonies, Bless the Lord, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all my iniquities, Who heals all diseases, Who redeems my life from destruction, Who crowns me with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies my mouth with good things, So that my youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
Whoa! thank-you Jesus – I laugh at the lie that says “God is not good.” HAHAHAHAHA God is good all the time – He loves me, He loves His church, He loves the world so much that He sent Jesus!!
I laugh at the lie that says “God is not moving on our children and loved ones” HAHAHAHAHAHA I declare Ps 145:4 One generation shall praise Your works to another, And shall declare Your mighty acts.
We bless You Jesus, we speak and declare Your goodness all day long – thank-you for the benefits that we have and enjoy today. Thank-you for the church and Your Spirit moving mightily in our gatherings, in our workplaces and our homes and families. Thank-you for those who are called by your name walking in their true identity and manifesting genuine faith.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Genesis 21:6 “God has made me laugh, and all who hear will laugh with me.”
Thank you Jesus for giving you for us that I may now laugh and be free from the enemy and his desires. I laugh that the world says I am not healed for I am through you. I laugh that sons do not know you as I see them coming to you closer each and every day. I laugh that the enemy will send doubts and fears to weaken my marriage when I feel You working to guide us and strengthen us every day. I laugh that the enemy has defeated my father in sickness and despair when through You I see the love and acceptance in You grow every time we are together. Thank you Jesus for the freedom to laugh and know that you are in control.

Father you are so great compared to anything else! You sit in the heavens and view all things from Your perspective. From your throne, all things are small compared to your immense glory – including our enemies and our problems. No wonder you laugh and hold them in derision! Even better, we are seated with you in heavenly realms, with Jesus at your right hand. From that place of advantage and privilege we also can laugh at anything that attempts to oppose your purposes in our lives. We laugh with joy because all is well, our Father is still in charge, our big brother Jesus is our eternal Savior and the Holy Spirit is our closest friend. Who can stand against?
We pray today for all those in a season of change, of transition – either coming back to normal routine or moving into a brand new adventure. Let us all find our peace and center in the one true and only God of the universe who never changes. No matter where we are or go, He is there already to lead, provide and protect. No matter how busy we are, we can rest in His constant love.
From here everything looks so small … I am resting in His constant Love!!!
And at the end of the time I, Nebuchadnezzar, lifted my eyes to heaven, and my understanding returned to me; and I blessed the Most High and praised and honoured Him who lives forever; For His dominion is an everlasting dominion, and His kingdom is from generation to generation. All the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing; He does according to His will in the army of heaven and among the inhabitants of the earth. No one can restrain His hand or say to Him, “What have You done?” At the same time my reason returned to me, and for the glory of my kingdom, my honour and splendour returned to me. My counsellors and nobles resorted to me, and I was restored to my kingdom, and excellent majesty was added to me. Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and extol and honour the King of heaven, all of whose works are truth, and His ways justice. And those who walk in pride He is able to put down. Daniel 4:34-37
Father, we ask that our eyes be lifted to see that the Most High rules, even in the kingdom of men, and that no-‘one’ or no-‘thing’ can succeed in stopping your plans and purposes in our lives and the world. Let us see you clearly as the One on the throne, the never changing constant in our lives. You rule, You reign, and You are so good. Let restoration flow, blessing, and advance in Your body, casting off all hinderances born in fear and trepidation. You rule, and of the increase of your government and peace there is no end. Amen.
Yes … He Rules, He Reigns, and He is so GOOD!!!
Thank you Lord that you have great plans and we can laugh at our enemies! I thank you for the plans you have for Impact Church and for the families of Impact Church. You have good things in store and no enemy can ever stop what you want to do! We expect great things! We expect increase in healings, signs and wonders! We expect increase in salvations and people growing exponentially in their walk with you! We expect your glory and manifest presence to increase in our midst!

I pray for a Holy Ghost global invasion of love and that his signs and wonders and salvations would be reported properly in the media all over the world. I pray for peace wherever there is trouble in the world and that Jesus would protect all who are being persecuted in His name and freed from their bondages today. I pray for a Damascus road experience like Paul experienced for every person who is intending on harming or is presently harming a Christian and for their weapons to seize up or disintegrate and their plans to be brought to nothing. Hallelujah!
Go Big … Go Bigger … Exceedingly Abundantly MORE!!!!

I am in Him He is in me therefore with my words things contrary to the good intentions of God for us must bow at His name. With my voice I declare peace prosperity success and blessing on my impact family .
Thank You that “there has not failed one word of all your good promise” (1 Kings 8:56). Thank You that “forever, Your word is settled in heaven.” (Psalm 119:89). I’d like to introduce disease and sickness to the promises of God! “I will take sickness away from you. The number of your days I will fulfill.” (Exodus 23:25-26). “I am the Lord who heals you.” (Exodus 15:26) “Great multitudes followed him, and he healed them all.” (Matthew 12: 15). As many as touched [Him] were made perfectly whole.” (Matthew 14:30). Ha ha ha ha – It is God’s will to heal. We have a right to healing!
Father, I laugh at debt, lack & poverty, HA, HA, HA. It has no hold or place in the lives of Believers. I declare over every Believer that we receive the Wealth, Riches and Prosperity along with Wisdom, Knowledge & Revelation that’s been provided for us……I receive and give you the glory Father for the changes taking place in all our lives right now! You are bigger Father than any difficult situation going on in the lives of Believers financially…….we choose to praise you & TRUST you as you’re working things out for us! We’ve spent too many years looking like poor little Christians…..no Unbeliever was drawn to a life like that…..well it’s all changing now, God says “watch and see what I will do.”
Father, I declare that jobs, finances, vehicles & homes come into the lives of Believers who need them right now! I declare that every Believer hears and follows the leading of the Holy Spirit so they can all walk right into what’s been provided for them.
Father, I declare that the Pastors, Leadership, Staff & Impact Family manifests all that God has poured into them to change their world around them and cause abundant growth personally in their lives and in the church, city & world……explosive growth is upon us now, the likes of which we have never seen before!!
Father, I declare that our Services be SUPERCHARGED, that your glory would so fill our church that it will literally spill out of our church doors into the streets throughout the city and beyond. We expect big changes starting NOW!!
A Prayer.
Father, the enemy that rages before me, yet against you, is like nothing but blistering hot wind that blows and buffets, but is impotent to those who’s roots are found dipping into your river of life. Let me always be aware of that source and be a purveyor of the good stuff that comes from that flow to those round and about me. Let all your people become much more fully aware of the heritage of those who choose to live in you, to be planted by streams of living water that never knows drought. Let that out-flowing be such that that any raging is swept aside by the glory of a people who love like you do.
Father it all comes back to how close our walk is “Whythe” you. That ancient masonry term that denotes two or more masonry units placed side by side in a structural bond that can carry far more than each alone can carry. Sometimes we seem such small stones of no significance. Yet together we are built up in you, into castles and bridges and grist mills and well casings and such that aid the livelihood of all who come into the good stuff that is found in such community. Lets us see our place of significance for in you we each have an important function to perform and it is our honour to do that, and your glory to see it done. Let us grow in our community to where we come to a place of walking with the fullness of your light, like that of the noonday sun, when all is exposed by the light and there is no shadow to hide in. In that place the enemies tricks are known to us as they are seen and known by you so that we can join with you in laughing at his tirades and vain hopes of our loss or destruction. Not just because we know all things are worked together for good, but also because we can see clearly that all things that endure come directly from your hand. And that hand upholds us and gives us love and care unceasingly.. and he is just a tool in your hand. No wonder you laugh so easily… May we join you there
Father let us walk in a way that is step in step with you. But, even more, in a place where we carry your heart and in that union with you, the plans that you have to bless us with things that could be seen as good and bad, beautiful and ugly are all seen in the beauty of you and your love and provision from the eternal perspective that you know so intimately and order our lives around. Let our partnership be one, not of a senior and junior, but of co-heirs with Jesus and a partnership fit to walk the walk he laid out as our pattern to life found in you. A pattern established in Jesus name through that name and by that name.
Father we love you. But we want our love to be full and expressive just like yours is.
Father we know you. But we want our knowing to be such as it overflows us and spills out in a wondrous blessing upon all who move and live around us – just like Jesus did and IMPACTed his world with ripples that move down through the centuries.
