Day 1 of 10 Days of Prayer 2017, Break Out

2017 … My best year yet!  … God is always into better and more and more

Psalm 72:7 “In His days the righteous shall flourish, And abundance of peace, Until the moon is no more.

Psalm 92:13 “Those who are planted in the house of the Lord Shall flourish in the courts of our God.”

I was listening to Tommy Barnett 79 years old … Tommy Barnett is the Senior Pastor of one of the fastest growing churches in America, Phoenix First Assembly of God, in Phoenix, Arizona. The church is known as The Church with a Heart, because of its 260 outreach ministries.  His Favorite saying … “Find a need and fill it, find a hurt and heal it.”

He also said … Looking back what would he do different:

1. Dream Bigger 2. Risk More

Ephesians 3:20 “ Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us,

Determine that you will experience constant breakthrough this year.

Genesis 38:29  AMP
“But he drew back his hand, and behold, his brother was born first. And she said, What a breaking forth you have made for yourself! Therefore his name was called Perez [breaking forth].”

Love this story … Perez said wait minute … I’m coming first.

My dad said there are 3 types of people out in front of you … Those who watch it happen … those who make it happen … and those who wonder What happened!

God says yes to your dreams … he is ready to act … let make it happen this year!!!

PRAYER DIRECTIVES:

1. Father don’t let us see you through the lens of our own ability. Thank you for filling us with your might. I command myself to be strong in the Lord and the power of His might. Nothing is impossible for those who BELIEVE!!!

2. Forgive us for ever desiring safety over advancing your Kingdom.

3. Spirit of Revelation stir the heart of every believers. Cause us to rise to the reality of our status in YOU! We are redeemed to rule … to manifest Your Kingdom.

4. Thank you for the open door. We will go through and release your purpose for 2017!

5. We will make this a season of prayer to remember. WOW look what the Lord has done!

6. We commit all those in the fellowship experiencing any season of trial or difficulty to you. Surround them with your grace and compassion.

    Amen and Amen. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. Thank You Lord for Your guidance, wisdom, courage, strength and boldness.     A fresh start to a new year with unlimited potential all found in our unlimited heavenly Father! Let us all boldly seek out opportunity to discover and demonstrate how strong is our God, how gracious He is and how His love overcomes every obstacle. This year will be one of full recovery of lost or stolen things and advancement in the Kingdom as signs of His favour. He is ready, willing and able – so are we His people!

    We are positiioned at the beginning of the year 2017, set in the most wonderful place, in the open door, guided by Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for urging us forward with all the love you have. It reminds me of a Father who is teaching a child to ride a bicycle., At one point he lets go and the child is full of excitement and glee as he/she sails into uncharted waters…..We declare that 2017 will be the best year ever with many God appointments. We reach forward with anticipation to take our part in the coming year. He will not forget those who are experiencing a time of personal trial or difficulty. As the mountain surrounds Jerusalem, the Lord surrounds His people from this time forth and forever more, He shall not be moved!

    Amen! Thank You Lord for 2016 and all You did in and through us, but NOW Lord we look forward to 2017 (5777) and all You have for us. We receive all that You died to give us, our authority, our peace, our power lies only in You and we pray we have eyes to see and ears to hear all that You would do in and through us in this new year. Lord of the Harvest send Your harvesters forth into the great harvest fields, fill our government and spiritual leaders with Your wisdom and revelation. We receive Your physical and spiritual strength to ‘go forth’ in the Mighty Name of Jesus.

    No fear! No limits!

    Unto Him who is able to do exceedingly and abundantly over all we could ask or think, according to the power that works in us. We free Holy Spirit to move in our lives to transform us to Impact our world! Let all those around us see the sense if hope and blessing that is upon us in spite of anything this world has to offer. Uncertainty, fear, economic woe have no effect on us for our sure hope us in Him! 2017 will be our best year yet! Increase in health, wealth and influence is happening right now and will continue through this year, in Jesus Name!

    On my way to church this morning, the Lord was speaking into my heart about Peter seeing Jesus walking toward the disciples on the water. And I was impressed with Peter’s desire to do something crazy. His only hesitation was the thought “Would Christ allow it? Would this friend that I love and trust, permit me to share this moment with Him?” Then Peter posed the question, “If it is you. (Meaning – if you are the one I think you are, the one that includes us in your plans), then bid me to come to you on the water.”
    Jesus looked at Peter and said, “Come” and Peter stepped down out of the boat and walked on the water.
    This is the process Peter went through;
    1. He saw Jesus (hope and help are on the way)
    2. He heard Jesus (what doesthe Lord want of me)
    3. He understood Jesus (what is He asking me to do?)
    4. He trusted Jesus (faith was activated)
    If we are able to move through these steps, we too can walk on the impossible situations that present themselves to us, and we will function in the realms of the miraculous. Like Geoff said, No Fear, No Limits.

    Thank you, Father, that your Kingdom has come; it is here right now. And yet there is so much more you long to manifest in our lives. So, help us to dream Your dreams, Father, and may Your good and perfect will be accomplished in our lives as we walk with You throughout this new year.
