Day 5 Of 10 Days Of Prayer Jan 2023

Day 5 of 10 Days Of Prayer January 2, 2023

We are going to get results as we pray!!!

The first thing we do is: Focus On The Lord — Magnify His Great Name!

The second thing we do is: Get A Proper Perspective Of Our Adversaries.

The third thing is: Lord grant us all BOLDNESS!

The fourth thing is: May Your Spoken Word Prevail

Introduce every challenge to His promises and your testimonies of His faithful execution of His Word.

“There is no panic in Heaven, only plans.” Plans for you. Plans for your prosperity. Plans for your hope and future. God works through opposition! His kingdom will come and what He wants to happen will happen, regardless of the enemy’s efforts to oppose Him. Many sons will come to Glory. There is going to be a large harvest!!!

Acts 4:29  “… grant to Your servants that with all boldness they may speak Your word.”

In the book of Acts the word was a big deal.

Acts 2:40-42 “…accepted and welcomed his message … devoting themselves constantly to the instruction…”

Acts 4:4 “…those who heard the message believed…”

Acts 5:20 “…declare to the people the whole doctrine…”

Acts 6:2 “It is not seemly or desirable or right that we should have to give up or neglect [preaching] the Word of God…”

Acts 6:7 “…the message of God kept on spreading, and the number of disciples multiplied greatly…”

Acts 8:4 “…went about preaching the glad tidings, the Word.”

Acts 12:24 “But the Word of the Lord continued to grow and spread.”

Acts 13:44 “…the entire city gathered together to hear the Word of God

Acts 13:49 “And so the Word of the Lord scattered and spread throughout the whole region.”

Acts 14:3 “…who continued to bear testimony to the Word of His grace, granting signs and wonders to be performed by their hands.”

Acts 19:20 “Thus the Word of the Lord grew and spread and intensified, prevailing mightily.”

The Word of God, the message of God, the glad tidings, the Word of His grace, was being shared by the believers. It was powerful and caused many to believe. It spread and intensified, prevailing mightily and filled whole regions.

The prayer that shakes the earth is a prayer that asked for boldness to proclaim the life changing message of the gracious glad tidings of a risen Saviour.

Are you ready to ask God to use you to proclaim the Good News to this lost world with POWER?

2 Corinthians 5:20 (NLT) “We are Christ’s ambassadors, and God is using us to speak to you. We urge you, as though Christ himself were here pleading with you, “Be reconciled to God!

Listen to Paul’s passion for His lost brothers:

Romans 9:1-3 “With Christ as my witness, I speak with utter truthfulness. My conscience and the Holy Spirit confirm it. My heart is filled with bitter sorrow and unending grief for my people, my Jewish brothers and sisters. I would be willing to be forever cursed—cut off from Christ!—if that would save them.”

How Passionate are we about bringing the lost to Jesus?

Cheetah — Gifted with 70m/hr speed but can only sustain it briefly because of a small heart.

How big is your heart for the lost?

I love these 4 guys in Mark 2:1-12. They were willing to tear the roof off a house to get their friend in front of Jesus. The were not willing to let anything or anyone hinder them from seeing their lame friend totally set free. They got the results they desired. His sins were forgiven and he left carrying His bed.

We need to boldly present our world with the prevailing glad tidings, the Word of His grace, that will cause them to experience the full freedom of our risen saviour.

OKAY … LETS PRAY!

Pray: Romans 1:16-17 “For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes—the Jew first and also the Gentile.17 This Good News tells us how God makes us right in his sight. This is accomplished from start to finish by faith.

The Gospel is the power of God to change our world!!!

Acts 13:44 “…the entire city gathered together to hear the Word of God” WOW!!! The Word of the Lord is powerful. Declare the Word over your life, family, city, country, world. Father let your people be rich in the Word of God. Let their Mouths be full of your Word. Your Word will always accomplish the reason it was sent for. Your Word is Spirit and life. The angel told Mary that No word from God is without power! We will believe the Gospel, the good news, is the power of God to change the world. Let Your Word prevail mightily today!!!!

The early church didn’t have the New Testament to reference and quote but it was through their words spoken and the signs and wonders that followed that were recorded which became the living word of the New Testament. Written so that we could have access to the life of Christ through the word manifest in day to day living and proclamation of the gospel …. the good news that God is GOOD! Let us speak as they spoke to our generation and believe for even greater signs and wonders so we can all experience the fresh move of God for us today. Share your testimony with someone today!

Today I am thinking of an older song, part of which says, You are the words and the music, you are the song that I sing. You are the harmony , You are the melody, praising your name I will sing. You are the mighty God, You are the Lord of Lords, You are the King of Kings…Lord,\Jesus, You are The Word, you are grace and truth. You did not leave us helpless, but now we have the power, wisdom and compassion of Holy Spirit living inside of us. I pray for boldness and love to bubble up inside of me …I know I can be bold because of You, not in self confidence but in You and your promises.

Oh, Mighty God, be magnified today in the earth so that all will see Your goodness and Your glory. We love Your Word, Lord, and believe in Its power. May Your Word be always in our heart and on our lips. May Your Word be powerful on our lips as we share. May Impact Church people be known as those who speak the Word of the Lord and who see results because of that. I declare that the City of London and surrounding areas where Impact people are planted are noticing what happens when Impact Church folks speak Your Word and live out Your Word in bold love, and that THE WHOLE CITY will show up to hear Your Word and to see what You are up to in our midst. Thank You in advance for the salvation and transformation of the people of London and those in the cities, towns, villages and the countryside around it. Bless You, Jesus, in Whose Name we pray, Amen!

John 1: 1-4 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men.”

The Word of God is a person – the Lord Jesus himself. The Lord of all who is above all and in all. When we speak out of our union with and position in Christ there is overcoming power and authority. Let us declare with confidence and boldness that the King and his kingdom are at work to accomplish great things!

Declaring! The eyes of the heart of those around us would be enlightened to see the light of the Gospel of Jesus! We speak to every Seed that has ever entered the ears and eyes, that miracle seed would take root in their hearts.
