Day 1 of 10 Days Of Prayer January 1, 2023

God wanted to bring about the Incarnation. He found partners in the earth who could call the purpose of God into manifestation. Simeon and Anna began to call into expression the work of the Spirit that they had been given through an intimate hearing, listening and speaking relationship with Holy Spirit.

Luke 2:25-32 25 And behold, there was a man in Jerusalem whose name was Simeon, and this man was just and devout, waiting for the Consolation of Israel, and the Holy Spirit was upon him. 26 And it had been revealed to him by the Holy Spirit that he would not see death before he had seen the Lord’s Christ. 27 So he came by the Spirit into the temple. And when the parents brought in the Child Jesus, to do for Him according to the custom of the law, 28 he took Him up in his arms and blessed God and said:
29 “Lord, now You are letting Your servant depart in peace, According to Your word;
30 For my eyes have seen Your salvation 31 Which You have prepared before the face of all peoples,
32 A light to bring revelation to the Gentiles, And the glory of Your people Israel.”
“Simeon”:– harkening, able to hear.
During the noise of his day he was able to tune into the frequency of Holy Spirit and he was in the right place at the right time.
SOMEONE IN EVERY GENERATION IS HEARING AND DECLARING THE PURPOSES OF GOD INTO THE EARTH … EVEN FOR JESUS TO COME THERE HAD TO BE A COMMUNITY THAT CONFESSED THIS!!!
1. Hearing Is Heartfelt
1 Kings 3:9 (NLT) “Give me an understanding heart so that I can govern your people.”

2. Hearing Is Innate
Inborn — natural to each of us.
John 10:3-5 To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. 4 And when he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them; and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice. 5 Yet they will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers.”
3. Hearing Is Learned
Mark 4:24
“And He said to them, Be careful what you are hearing. The measure [of thought and study] you give [to the truth you hear] will be the measure [of virtue and knowledge] that comes back to you—and more [besides] will be given to you who hear.”
4. Hearing Is Attacked
Mark 4:13-20
And He said to them, “Do you not understand this parable? How then will you understand all the parables? 14 The sower sows the word. 15 And these are the ones by the wayside where the word is sown. When they hear, Satan comes immediately and takes away the word that was sown in their hearts.
5. Hearing Is Lifestyle
Proverbs 8:34
“Blessed is the man who listens to me, Watching daily at my gates, Waiting at the posts of my doors.”
Basic Hearing Skills
1. Focused “just and devout” (25) Lay hold of well – He had embraced the truth well – working knowledge
2. Relational “Holy Spirit upon” (25) Relationship with God tight with Holy Spirit
3. Available “waiting for” (25) Waiting … people who wait are strong … people who wait are ready
4. Reliable “by the Spirit” (27) Do everything in His power … go in His strength!!!
5. Finishers “he took Him up” (28) Haven’t really heard until you act on it …
Zechariah 9:11-12 “As for you, because of the blood of my covenant with you, I will free your prisoners from the waterless pit. Return to your fortress, you prisoners of hope; even now I announce that I will restore twice as much to you.”
There are things God wants to bring into manifestation today, in you, in your world and in the world at large that demand your partnership. “We have not because we ask not.”

Acts 2:18-19 “I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: And I will show”
Isaiah 48:6-7 “…I show you specified new things from this time forth, even hidden things [kept in reserve] which you have not known. They are created now [called into being by the prophetic word],…”
There has always been a special relationship between heaven and earth. God has chosen the earth to be home for His man and to be a cosmic theatre for manifestation of His glory. The garden was a transplant of the flora of heaven. Man is the deposit of the seed of God in the earth to fulfill His purpose.
Jesus taught His disciple to pray, “Let your kingdom come let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” (Matthew 6:10) This prayer was answered, not fully manifest yet, when the breathe of heaven as a violent tempest blast hit the upper room. Holy Spirit came. The kingdom of God came in all of its power and glory.
Isaiah 33:5-6 The Lord is exalted, for he dwells (SEATED) on high; he will fill Zion with his justice and righteousness. He will be the sure foundation for your times, a rich store of salvation and wisdom and knowledge; the fear of the Lord is the key to this treasure.
Matthew 13:11-12 “He replied, ‘You’ve been given insight into God’s kingdom. You know how it works. Not everybody has this gift, this insight; it hasn’t been given to them. Whenever someone has a ready heart for this, the insights and understandings flow freely.‘”
1 Corinthians 1:4-5 “I thank my God always concerning you for the grace of God which was given to you by Christ Jesus, that you were enriched in everything by Him in all utterance and all knowledge“
1 Corinthians 1:4-5 (TPT) “I am always thanking my God for you because he has given you such free and open access to his grace through your union with Jesus, the Messiah. 5 In him you have been made extravagantly rich in every way. You have been endowed with a wealth of inspired utterance[a] and the riches that come from your intimate knowledge of him.”
Hear what the Spirit is saying right now and declare it into expression. Call into manifestation the revelation that is being poured into your heart by the Holy Spirit. We are not victims, we are more than conquerors. Open your mouth and put some super on your natural.
Happy New Year! Ears to hear come from the Lord. His sheep hear His voice. Listen to the Word of the Lord for 2023 and declare it! Watch it come into manifestation for the Glory of God! The ways of the righteous shine brighter and brighter!!!
Father we declare your goodness and glory go before your people this fresh new year. We join our hearts and lives to your plans and purposes for us and all those around us. Let us move in union with you in the unforced rhythms of your grace to transform this world through the victory of Jesus!
Amen Pastor! Glory to God for enlarging the Ministry of Impact Church London! I commit to waiting, watching & listening to the Holy Spirit more during 2023! I pray our Family of God will all feel challenged to do the same. May signs, wonders, and revival begin in Canada, especially starting at Impact! In Jesus Name I ask it Amen & Amen. Prov 8:34 so God would continue to bless His Church and Restore to us 2xs as much unto His Glory as we anticipate Christ’s Return.

Faithful Father, what a mystery and a blessing that we, Your sons and daughters, get to co-labour with You to bring about Your glory and Your plans on this earth. May we see in 2023 the manifestation of Your Word and Your promises in us and around us as we declare Your goodness, Your extravagant love, Your peace, Your grace and Your desire to see everyone restored to You through salvation. May we be filled to overflowing with gratitude and with praise as we co-labour with Holy Spirit and as we live as prisoners of hope. In Jesus’ Name, Amen! Happy New Year!
Happy New Year…I so enjoyed Pastors Karl and Cheryl tag team preaching today….I am looking forward to 10 days of prayer with you all. I am one of His sheep so I can hear his voice and wonder of wonders He can hear mine as I pray….so awesome is He. I am leaning on the Lord and all of his promises for me…so exciting to take part.
2023 a year of hearing, faith and transformation. Holy Spirit we are listening, ready to act at your Word and expecting miracles, signs and wonders!
Praise to our Heavenly father, who is always there for each and everyone. He is God that hears our prayers and answeres our prayers, he is faithfull to his people. Looking forward to see people getting save ,heal and transform thru his Holy Spirit. In Jesus name
Two people accepted Jesus for the first time today, Sunday Morning Jan. 1st 2023. So great! Go Jesus!
Our first time to Impact was Christmas eve, lovely service.
We came today and Praise the Lord my hubby Darryl, rededicated his life to the Lord. We are really going through some stuff and we appreciated Madeline & Wayne praying for us. Thank you.

Thank you Jesus that you are always speaking and we can always listen. Thank you Jesus for a body of believers that walks in the abundance that you have paid for this year, that it would be a testimony for everyone that our God has and is more than enough!
Father, sharpen our hearlng and vision as a church. Make us sensitive to all you are saying and doing in our midst, so that we can participate completely in all that You want to accomplish in our church, community, city and beyond. We love you, and we are Yours. May Your kingdom be brought to earth through us. What a privilege it is to serve You!
Dear Lord you are so awesome far beyond anything I can imagine or dream. Thank you for your love and grace that draws us into intimate fellowship with you. Lord daily increase our ability to hear you voice in all areas of our live. Set our hearts on fire to partner with you as we impact the world around us. Praise you Lord!!

Lord, what a privilege and honour you have given us to be able to connect and partner with You! Holy Spirit, give us more and more understanding of the wisdom of using our time and energy to bring about Your purposes and will. Show each of us the area You have designated for us to concentrate on each day and nudge us (perhaps not so gently) when we are distracted from, or yes, even unwilling to engage in spiritual warfare. Thank You Jesus for giving us the power and authority of using Your Name and ensuring victory.
