Ephesians 4:7-16
1. God’s Part – Impartation GRACE deposit in you.
2. 5-Fold Part – Releasing Bringing out God’s shape. Person is anointed not position. 3. Our Part – Willing Your are choosing your result.
3 Essentials For Equipping:
1. Be Available
It is not about ability … it is availability. Its hard to teach faithfulness. Jesus said: “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.” Mt. 4:19
Water gives life not the hose.
2 Timothy 2:2 “And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”
1 Thessalonians 5:24 “The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do it.”
2. Be A Servant
Romans 1:1 “Paul, a bondservant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle,…”
Philippians 1:1 “Paul and Timothy, bondservants of Jesus Christ,…”
James 1:1 “James, a bondservant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ,…”
2 Peter 1:1 “Simon Peter, a bondservant and apostle of Jesus Christ,…”
Mark 9:33-35 “What was it you disputed among yourselves on the road?” But they kept silent, for on the road they had disputed among themselves who would be the greatest. And He sat down, called the twelve, and said to them, “If anyone desires to be first, he shall be last of all and servant of all.”
Ephesians 4:15-16 “…grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ— from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.”
Genesis 6:14, 22
“Make yourself an ark of gopherwood; make rooms in the ark, and cover it inside and outside with pitch. (ATONEMENT)” “Thus Noah did; according to all that God commanded him, so he did.” If we don’t join we can’t save … can’t function … many of the important boards are under water.
3. Be A Minister
Everyone in Body is a minister.
Eph 4:12 “…for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry,” “…to equip God’s people to do his work…” (NLT)
Ephesians 4:12 (AMP)
“His intention was the perfecting and the full equipping of the saints (His consecrated people), [that they should do] the work of ministering toward building up Christ’s body (the church),…”
Ephesians 4:12-13 (MESSAGE) “…to train Christ’s followers in skilled servant work, working within Christ’s body, the church, until we’re all moving rhythmically and easily with each other, efficient and graceful in response to God’s Son, fully mature adults, fully developed within and without, fully alive like Christ.”
2 Corinthians 3:5-6 (NIV)
“Not that we are competent in ourselves to claim anything for ourselves, but our competence comes from God. He has made us competent as ministers of a new covenant…”
2 Peter 4:10-11 “As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified…”
All growth spiritually and numerically happens when each person finds their placement in the Body of Christ and functions.
How does God reach teachers?
He disguises a MINISTER as a TEACHER and manifests Himself in that community.

He disguises a MINISTER as a LAWYER and manifests Himself in that community.
