Psalm 72:8He shall have dominion also from sea to sea,And from the River to the ends of the earth.”

Dominion:– dominance or power through legal authority; Sovereign or supreme authority.  He shall have dominion…”

“…Canada and the Canadian church is going to rise up once again and go to the four corners of the world and bring the gospel of Jesus Christ to pave the way for His second coming.” CHO

Challenges To God’s Glory

  1. The Ways Of Jeroboam Substituting reason for revelation.
  2. The Spirit Of Jezebel Jezebel:– without cohabitation.
  • The Rebuilding Substituting flesh for grace.

Malachi 4:5Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the great and terrible day of the Lord comes.” We have a responsibility in our day to the ability of God.

Mark 9:12Then He answered and told them, “Indeed, Elijah is coming first and restores all things.”

 God…Use Me!

1 Kings 17:1And (Now) Elijah the Tishbite, of the inhabitants of Gilead, said to Ahab, “As the LORD God of Israel lives, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, except at my word.”

TEXT: 1Kings 17:2-7Go from here and turn east and hide yourself by the brook Cherith, east of the Jordan. You shall drink of the brook, and I have commanded the ravens to feed you there … he went and dwelt by the brook Cherith”

A Working Revelation Of The New Covenant Is A Must!
Cherith:– cutting. (Root) to cut a covenant
There:– A place in God where we learn His ways.
Dwelt:– to remain, to set, to be inhabited

Luke 22:20This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is shed for you.”

The provisions of Old Covenant:
Obey God resulted in blessing. Disobey Him brought curses.

Deuteronomy 30:15-18
See, I have set before you today life and good, death and evil,…”

Jeremiah 31:31-34Behold, the days are coming, says the LORD, when I will make a new covenant … I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.

Hebrews 7:22Jesus has become a surety of a better covenant.”

Hebrews 8:6 “…He is also Mediator of a better covenant.”

Better Priest —Jesus

Better HopeNow and forever

Better PromisesHe will…

Better SacrificeHis Blood

The Old covenant do do do

The New covenant done done done

You can’t confront Ahab, the prophets of baal, and call down fire from heaven if you don’t have a working revelation of the New Covenant! You must have peace in you heart before you confront the chaos without!

Pass the testing of: Zarephath Manifesting New Covenant truth in community.

1Kings 17:7-24
Zarephath:– refinery, to smelt, to refine, to test and prove true. A place where what you have developed in private gets worked out in public.

The Test Of ObedienceVs 7-10 “the brook dried up”
Brook dried up – God knows
Word of Lord – God speaks
Zarephath – God leads

God hasn’t lost track of you and has not misplaced you.

 1. The Test Of Relationship vs. 10-15

Others:– the vehicle God uses to work out what He has worked in.

James 1:27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visitthe fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.”

See with your heart and not your eyes.

III. Test Of Physical Impossibilities

1. Flour and Oil
Don’t be afraid – build faith
Make me cake first – God first
To live in the supernatural you must exhaust all of your resources.

Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.”

 2. Her Son
Often people you help turn on you.
Trials expose the heart.
Learn the tender response.
Take your impossibilities to His Presence.

1 Kings 17:24 “By this I know that you are a man of God and that the word of the Lord in your mouth is truth.”
Know covenant keeping God.
Knowhow to minister life and release to souls caught in a death grip.
