Gentile Woman’s Faith: “Great”:-- (meg'-as) excellent, mighty, abundant, violent, intense, off the chart

Hebrews 11:1 (NASB) “Now faith is the certainty of things hoped for, a proof of things not seen.”

Megas Faith Observations:
1. Passionate “…’cried out’ ... Have mercy on me, ... My daughter is severely demon-possessed.”
This Must Change!!! 

2. Knowledgable “O Lord, Son of David!”
Desperate enough to be aware. She got herself informed. Get the WORD on it! Shared Knowledge.

3. Resilient “He answered her not a word ... ‘Send her away’ ...It is not good ... little dogs.”
Refused to get offended! Offence attacks faith.

4. Extreme “...dogs eat crumbs...”
Extreme, Unconventional, pioneering, innovative, cutting-edge, radical, breakthrough!!!!
There is a way!

5. Rewarded “...Let it be to you as you desire.’ And her daughter was healed ...”
(Message) “...your faith is something else. What you want is what you get!”
Faith that penetrates any and all boundaries and gets results.

The new covenant changes the location of God.
Pentecost turned followers into carriers.
The New Covenant believer does not beg for victory from a place of distance.
We enforce Christ’s victory from a place of union.

Karl Barth “In Jesus Christ, humanity is exalted to participation in the life of God.”

Andrew Murray “The believer is called to live in the full consciousness that Christ’s victory is his victory.”

Irenaeus “Our Lord Jesus Christ… became what we are, that He might bring us to be even what He is Himself.”

After Pentecost: Jesus reaches through His Church
The New Covenant believer ministers from union, not distance.
We are commanders not beggars!
