Day 6 Of 10 Days Of Prayer — “You Must Have A Dream”

A dreamless life is a dangerous thing! 
Donʼt be a dreamer be possessed by a dream. 
No hope in the future means no power in the present. 

Proverbs 29:18

“Where there is no vision, the people perish:” (KJV)

“Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint;” (NKJV) 
“When people do not accept divine guidance, they run wild.” (NLT)
2 Corinthians 1:20 NIV 
“For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God” 
   
Ephesians 3:20-21 
“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Dream / Imagine), according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.” 
  
Genesis 37:5 
 “Now Joseph had a dream, and he told it to his brothers; and they hated him even more.”  

You must have a dream!

Imagination doesnʼt look for evidence it looks for opportunity. 
What God is calling you to do does not even exist yet. Donʼt look for affirmation ... no one gets it. People with imagination get excited over nothing!!! 
   

God has an amazing plan for your life. 
Jeremiah 29-11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”

Dream Killers Will Come! You Must Overcome Them! 

His brothers tried to kill his dream. 

There will be attacks on your dreams. 
Don’t yield to the vision that God has poured into your heart.

1. Distinguish You

People who are possessed by a dream stand out.

2. Release Your Potential 
Genesis 15-5 “Then He brought him outside and said, ‘Look now toward heaven, and count the stars if you are able to number them.ʼ”

Some species of fish are limited by the aquarium size. 
   
3. Energizes You

Acts 26-19 “Therefore, King Agrippa, I was not disobedient to the heavenly vision,...” 
People pursuing a dream are exciting to be around. 
4. Alignment Your Attitude

Philippians 4-13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Mission Control — “Columbia, your attitude is perfect.” 
You breakthrough resistance. You enter new realms. 
   
5. Motivate You

1 Samuel 17-36, 48 “Your servant has killed both lion and bear; and this uncircumcised Philistine will be like one of them ... David hurried and ran toward the army to meet the Philistine. ”
